# BioimageAIpub A Python library to publish Bioimaging datasets to HuggingFace in AI-ready fashion. ## Installation ``` git clone https://github.com/German-BioImaging/bioimageaipub/bioimageaipub.git cd bioimageaipub pip install -r requirements.txt ``` ## Usage BioimageAIpub is supplied as a Python library.
